This woman is a damaged individual. Her personality is somewhat manic. She burst into our apartment screaming one night, like a complete crazy, because we told her we were ending our lease. It was really frightening... We weren't sure what to do. I would just stay away from this woman and her building. There is nothing normal about her situation.
