Ripoff Health Code Violations

These trailors are absolutly horrible! Ruth, the manager, promises repairs when you move in that never get done. They are charging $800 per month for these ratholes. She lets sexual predators move in right next door to your children and doesn't even tell you. There is black mold in the bathrooms and under the sinks. She will not spray for pests and if she does agree to have it done you take a day off work for them to show up and they never do. Then she gives you excuses for why they didn't show up. She has promised many people porches to be built and it never was. A/C's leak onto your furniture, ruining it, and Ruth promises they will replace it. If she tells you something will be done and it doesn't she will tell you the "Invisible Owner, Chris" said no. If you do your own work in your house, she will promise to deduct it from your rent and she never does it. She will go around telling people you are a whore when they have never met you. Lets people keep dangerous dogs in the park even though there is a "no dog" policy, just because the tenant is her daughters boyfriend.

If you are 1 hour late paying your rent which is weekely, she will put an eviction notice on your door. She doesn't keep keys to the units but if she wants in to do be nosey, she will pry the door open with a screwdriver. Her son who "helps" with the repairs is a drug dealer. Sells pot to the teenagers in the park. Ruth herself has been seen smoking pot by the tenants. They have live electrical wires haning from ceilings. She has been known to have people's cats picked by the SPCA if she doesn't like you. I mean literally open your door illegally while you're not home and hand the cat to them. I have seen them take down walls and not replace them for weeks at a time in children's rooms, leaving them exposed to mold, fiberglass and other dangerous materials.

Ruth will go through your mail and take out anything that resembles credit cards, insurance cards, or gift certificates. I beleieve that in its self is a felony. Ruth has been arrested in the past for solicitation of drugs. She is worse then a teenager wanting to gossip. Telling everyone what's in your mail, how much you make a month, etc. Also the permit license in the laundry room is expired. Oh, forget about having hot water or water pressure. It's like someone spitting on you. I am also going to report her to the Health Department, Code Enforcement, and anyone willing to listen! If you have any advice as to how to go about getting this place SHUT DOWN!
