Ripoff would not give deposit back

We lived in the mobile home park from january october 30. When we moved in they said that if we were to move at anytime we would recieve our security deposit. When we moved out we asked to get our deposit back and they asked us to sign a paper saying we sold the trailer and we were moving. They also told us that it would take 3-6 weeks for us to recieve the money which was fine. We have been calling and calling and they always say oh we re submitted your form and we will call you when we here from them. Here it is almost february and I called again and the manager told me she re submitted my form and will call me when she talks to the people. I just want my deposit back!!!
