OF COURSE it is a rip off, the REAL rip off is that there are Police offices having to live in Section 8 housing because the sity govts: ie STATE and FEDERAL (Thanks GW JR) are paying less than postal workers to the officers. Of COURSE CDG is a RIP OFF but without it there would be the charity of the local city coucils who mostly live in the affluent areas of town and don't give a damn about important matters such as bullet proof vest programs
