Ripoff

I am another parent who is being ripped off by support kids. This is a very shady company and it is sad to see hard single parents like me being taken advantage of by a company who plays on our kids welfare to get their money. I have been trying to close my case since the end of july. They have given me a hard time. Finally i had gotten a lady by the name of janet who also informed me that if i sent them a copy of the withholding order that they can use that to close my case as well.

So i'd called the attorney general and they informed me that that is agains hippa laws and they know that. They can use that information you foward to them to continue to work your case. I have recently requested a revocation release of information form and certified to the attorney general today. I have a friend that works in a law firm and she is asking the attorney she works for to read the contract over. What's so sad is that it is not a binding contract. Supportkids wants you to feel that you are stuck with them. I tell every woman with kids i know not to go through them. The money they have collected on my case was not because of them, but because of attorney general. The little money i get i do need.

I have two children as well and it is a shame that they play on us. I could understand them taking the money if they used attorney's or did other than call the non-custodial parent, but that is all they have done on my case. When i found out that they took my money i just cried. They do not deserve a penny they get. They probably work the cases that have a high dollar amount more accurately so they can get money. I am not going to give up on this because i believe if there is will there is a way. I pray for all of us single parents out here. Times are not getting any easier it only gets tougher but we have to get tougher with time as well. Good luck to all of the parents who is are in the process of getting out of this mud hole!!!
