UWC, John Potok Non-Payment of Services Provided

May John Potok President/CEO of United Wrestling Council contacted the office of Thompson Entertainment to book DJ services for an event "UWC Off The Hook" for June 18.
June 16 The service agreement mailed out to John Potok was due on this date but was not delivered. Larry Thompson representing "Thompson Entertainment" explained he could hand the entertainer the agreement before she began setting up at the event. John Potok did not hold up his end of this bargain.
When booking our services in May John Potok was advised that he would need to provide us with current UWC Wrestlers Entrance theme music. John potok did not do this either.
All previous events we performed for John Potok prior to him booking our services in May was not pleasant experiences. The event was completed by Thompson Entertainment and John Potok refuses to send payment.
As of 6/20/05, we continue to contact John Potok regarding the account balance, but he does not answer his phone or reply to his messages.
