Judge Brennan contradicts her own Orders. 3 times she ruled the Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett could not file a late Answer to a Complaint that she signed a return receipt that she received a Summons for. However, in court on 9/9, Judge Brennan changed her 8/30, ORDER without any legal basis. Also, by changing her Order without defendant appealing Judge Brennan usurped the Court of Appeals authority and violated the Court rules. This Judge is acting wacky. How is justice accomplished with that kind of misconduct.
