Unethical Mental Health Providers

The Allen Group Employee Assistance Program promotes itself as a private counseling and case management and for profit agency that contracts with small and large businesses. They exist to provide mental health services to employees which the company pays for on a per employee basis. The hope is, dor the Allen group, that these services will never be used. I have good information that this group is highly unethical in their practices. The owner and President John Allen runs the organization with intimidation and personal control. He sexually harasses his female employees, and humiliates them in his staff meetings. He emasculates male employees in front of the women. He lies to the public about his credentials. He is not a CEAP as he claims.

He promises companies anything in order to get their business but does not deliver. He has been observed looking at women in his building in a sexual way and one person says he has a prurient interest in kids. His vp of clinical services Bruce, is a controlling and uncaring old man who is nothing but a clingy sycophant and pretends he has the qualifications to do the job. Nobody likes him. He also likes the young girls - under 18. He is in his 60's.

Confidentiality does not exist there. It is a law in every state that therapist-client session information is held secret but the clients' bosses are soon notified after they are seen in therapy. This is a BAD place. I would NOT go there for help THey do more harm than good.
