Subscription didn't arrive

At the start of November I requested and taken care of a membership to Elle Design through Recognition Subscribers and was informed it'd be 8 to 12 months for that first problem to reach. It's today the 20th of March but still nothing. After I telephone I get an answering device that's complete which means you cannot keep a note so when I e-mail they don't respond. The main one respond I did so get was they might seek advice from the writer within the next week and find out but obviously they've never allow me to understand and thus however nothing.

Straight after I requested the membership my card that I did so the deal with was used-to fraudulently purchase cameras in america therefore I needed to stop the card.

Has someone else had this encounter with this specific organization? Do they really occur or are they simply a lot of scamsters sttealing charge card facts?
