Phone Calls & Phone Numbers

First of all I have to complain that you guys don't have phone numbers on your receipts or website and I don't like that. The next thing I have to complain about is that when the kid came I told him I wasn't sure whether I would have enough money to do this and he said that I could just write out a check and that you guys would call before cashing the check. When I got my bank statement I saw that it was cashed without contacting me first and now I don't have enough money to pay my bills. So I want my money back and I don't want your magazines if I'm going to be lied to like that.
