Not getting the reward promised

Was informed like a respected People Customer I've been released a thanks compensate value as much as $92.00. They surrounded a guide with what to select from. I selected 4 products and shipped it down on June 10. The things I requested were: 1]Ashleigh Sterling selection $32.97 (necklace and earrings, natural amethyst) 2] Olivia sterling selection $39.97 (earrings and ring, amethyst) 3] Red slender budget $9.97. And 4]Hallmark Card Business application for $5.97. This all totaled $88.88, less the $92.00 guaranteed. I've attempted to get hold of them on numerous occasions to no avail. I'd like the things guaranteed. Or is that this a fraud by People newspaper! I suppose I'll never observe these things since I have have ended my membership. They'd instantly get into my banking account or more day my membership after I previously stated twice to stop it.
