Charged, never revieved, can't contact

Hastled into becoming a member of 3 "free month membership" which never came. Subsequently, my charge card was billed for that publications that we never received. I've named numerous occasions and can't talk to a, just their automatic program that provides no aid. Posted a demand to become contacted with a consultant online but received a note stating it'll consider 5 times to be approached. I had been not given any info that I'd be billed following the free trial offer. They got my charge card info from the department-store where I'd bought products which "free trial offer" was put into my purchase. I believed othing of it at that time since I have wasn't provided any info regarding potential payment and was billed nothing for that publications after I bought my products in the shop. The corporation is benefiting from clients and makes it difficult to get hold of them to treat the problem. Shame on publications incentive center and shame on all the store that are promoting their misleading and unethical company.
