Illegial Solutation of Unwanted Magazine Subscriptions

On July 12, I taked to the above and now on Aug. 1this company has charged me the 1st payment of 5 for a 60 month subscription to a list of their magazines. I would like to have my Visa Account refunded and this subscription cancelled. What legal measured do I need to accomplish this.
