Buyer beware of their low prices and no delivery

Requested a journal online in June. They did cost my bill. No journal 4 weeks later. They've not answered to emails or style communications. I've never had the opportunity to achieve a live person. Undoubtedly seems to be a fraud. Consumer avoid their reduced costs with no shipping.
