Just from looking at all the complaints about this company I am sure we are being ripped off also. My wife sent in a payment in Jan 10 to the company and they are already sending another bill saying a payment is late and she needs to send $97.00 dollars to them. I can not reach them on the telephone so I guess we are out the $47.50 payment she made.
