Past due notices

Received a notice from Hearst Publications nowadays declaring that used to do not submit cost after I suggested on the membership card they might "bill me later". It was in March which is 9/23/09. After investing a great time online looking for a telephone number for Hearst—I named individuals at Food Network Magazine and was informed from the broker there that Hearst owns them-and that she may help me with my Good Housekeeping problem. I informed her that I submitted cost March 22 which I've evidence the check removed my lender. She explained that the notice was for a computerized renewal—i never decided to that— and that she'd stop the renewal—we will notice—This notice by no means claims that it's to get a renewal and undoubtedly doesn't incorporate a telephone number to contact them.
