Unauthorized funds removed from my account

I obtained a phone from Peak Coalition in regards to a good deal on publications. And so I (stupidly) approved a-one-time charge cost from my bill. I've had many costs removed from my consideration despite informing them that I DON'T need their publications and also have delivered back those that I'd obtained. They've actually billed mean overdraft charge. (I'd requested my lender what I really could do since I have was not obtaining a reaction from Peak.) They explained to close-out that consideration and reopen another. Sadly, it's a merchant account that I've to pay for my payments online. Support?
