Fraud and taking out money out of my account sooner than discussed

The corporation approached me on the sitting provided one thousand bucks easily bought annually membership of magazines. They aren't actually available on sitting just friday - fri. I understood it had been to great to become accurate but given that they were delivering me data within the email i thought it had been okay. They still havent sent me the thousand pounds or publications. The contract was to consider the cash on december 2 but before they took 2 funds out-of my take into account 49.90. I've attempted to get hold of the organization to stop and that I keep getting transferred to a different department or maintain getting put on. This can be a fraud and that i have contacted my bank.
