They keep billing me for something i never ordered

They held giving me expenses stating I owed them cash. I wrote for them bc I can't locate their telephone number EVERYWHERE! Well eventually following the 3rd notice I told them I had been likely to push costs when they held giving me expenses. Well they chose to change it out up & state that I requested publications for somebody & bah blah. Well below the "reward receiver" was Blake Johnson. I can't discover the quantity everywhere & I wanna learn who Blake Johnson is. I would like to discover their quantity but icant think it is EVERYWHERE!
