Threatening letters of collection

I'd a membership for this journal that expired last year. I've terminated this membership many times. I proceed to obtain letters threatening "my great position" using the writer. I've been guaranteed via mail that my consideration is terminated and that I proceed to obtain the bothering "INSTANT PAYMENT REQUIRED" bills. Each time I get one, I contact the organization again simply to be recommended that my consideration continues to be terminated and also to "neglect any more bills". It would appear that they don't have any communications inside their organization since I've today obtained an "instant payment needed" bill that intends to show me to North Shore Collection Agency. How do you avoid this when no body conveys?
