Deceptive business practices!

I quit something special membership This Yuletide because of reduced resources. Audience's Digest delivered something special card anyhow after which charged me for this. Today I've to inform my child that she'll not get the present! I never requested a guide membership. I obtained a guide within the email today and today need to stop. Their closed card claims "you are able to stop any moment by publishing people a note." and does not provide an address. I'm so frustrated by this.
