Collections Notice

We received a journal from Handyman and an account saying we'd obtain our account deal when our cost was obtained. We published stop about the bill and delivered it back. They delivered another bill saying they'd delivered us our account deal and cost was overdue. We never received anything-but a journal, today by this time around two publications. We once more published stop about the bill since there isnot every other method of contact about the bill and shipped it back. Today they're threatening to show us directly into selections. Is that this authorized and just how do you encourage them to quit harassing you?
