Paid for but haven't received subscriptions

I bought in November and taken care of by charge card 2 subscribers that we have yet to get, which is the event of June. I've delivered emails for their "customer support" tackle to that we have gotten no reaction. The neighborhood prosecutor in whichever condition the corporation is situated is going after it for scam.
