Inspections continues to be banked, guides never obtained!

I thought I had been reviving a journal membership for my child for Soap Opera Digest just because a repair bill came from Visitors guides. Our 2 inspections for 34.97 each were banked by Visitors Publication Support. Phone are unanswered in the Visitors Guides workplace when I attempt to ask why GRASS hasn't obtained my restoration and it has not heard about this company. I also, genuinely believe that I've been cheated. Is there any option for all of US?
