Billing Harassment

I have been receiving a bill for renewal of Food Network magazine, for approximately the past 6 months.
The subscription does not expire until December of 2022. I have not paid as the subscription is still current. They have stated in my account update that I asked to be billed for this magazine and they did so believing that I would pay upon receipt of initial invoice. They state that was months ago. Is there any service that we subscribe to that is billed a year in advance. I think NOT!
