Truck driver for 18 years signed up with Lt Cargo for otr driving was promised a weekly paycheck then after one week was informed that my first paycheck would be in three weeks and I'd get paid for first week then they'd hold other two. As the weeks went on money was being witheld out of my checks without them notifing me and when asked about it after receiving check no good explanation was given several checks were even in the negative.

Over time ran into other former drivers that had the same problems but didn't know how to go about getting their money. I was discriminated against and found out that they hire illegal immigraints which isn't fair or right. They also break numerous DOT laws and regulations. As of date they owe me several thousand dollars for unpaid miles. Owner told me he can run his business the way he wants regardless of the law.
