Today 95.00 was taken from my account. I realized that I could pay loan in full today and they told me its not available, I would have to take loan out for two more weeks and pay another 95.00. It seems that QXL wants to bind customers to their loans and don't encourage payoff. While speaking to agent NAKIa I was hung up on. When I asked to speak to manager they told me no manager was available only agents are in the building. I would not recommend this loan to anyone.
