I Applied For a Loan On 15/10 - As To Date Have Never Been Contacted Since, Went To My Bank Yesterday (04/12/120 And They Had Removed £69.95 For No Reason, After E-mailing The Company They Say As Per There T and C's I'm Not Entitled To A Refund For 6 months, Surely This Cannot Be Legal. - Under No Time Did They Say They Needed To Remove £69.95 And If So Why Wait 6 Weeks.
