Wow I got the same Express Notice that I won $2,536, 092.23 and all I have to do is send in a $20. Processing fee, sign the form and postmark it by midnight Dec. 5. So I thought I would check them out on line and so glad I did and found all of you other would be millionaires. This is such an obvious scam. This company is taking advantage of people and the government needs to do something right and shut them down immediately!
