I ordered excelatrim over the phone. I was also upsold on a couple other products. I was never told these items were NOT returnable after getting the products I realized that they contained Ginseng which I cannot take due to allergies. I tried to return the products and was told these items were not returnable for any reason.in addition, to my surprise I was auto-shipped a second bottle of the excelatrim when I had expressly told the person I ordered from that I did NOT want to be put on ANY auto-shipping plan. Be aware - this company uses switch and bait tactics and is not up front about their products. Do not use them!
