Ethical, not legal violations. Website is constructed so that people signing up for the "free" trial, do not see the terms and conditions. They are there, just not in a normally located area. The website was designed so that you will miss this. Later, a $114.95 charge will show up on your bank account. The product is shoddy at best. My charger caught fire. I had to extinguish flames inside my home. Thank goodness I was home. I've had many eCigarettes. This one is by far the biggest piece of (Inappropriate Content Removed) I have ever used. Do not buy from them. It's a bad product from a bad company.
