Same with others, I'm order the free trial on 11/11, my credit card being charge of 97.85 on 28/11 immediately I called to their customer service 1800-815-869 to cancel the next order and request for refund.
However, they told no refund, they will still ship the product to me for amount being charge and give me a cancellation no. For cancelled the monthly subscription and they confirmed have cancelled both order.
Today 4/12 Only I received the trial products.
I really hope that no more charges to my card.
