On 3 September I ordered Mercedes Benz Carsoft 7.4 Interface Automotive diagnostic tool (Item Number yyy100310) from OBDScannertool (DIXOBD) and paid for it through Paypal (transaction ID 3T212519RD4635108) but after numerous e-mail enquiries I have not received my item, or an explanation where it might be. Their 888 number also doesn't work (at least not from the UK) and I have no other way of communicating with them. My e-mails go unanswered, making me doubt whether this company actually exists. They did take my money tough.
