I paid $0.95 for a 7-day free trial for one piece of information. The information was out of date and I actually had more updated info than them. I signed up on 11/24 and they charged my pay pal on 12/1 around 7:14 pm. The dashboard listed that the trial did not expire until 12/2 which was strange to me seeing that that would be 8 days not 7. I then called and spoke to a representative who was RUDE talking over me and he informed me that it's 7 days to the hour that you started the free trial. I explained there was nothing that stated such on the website and demanded a refund. He said that it was their error and he would credit my account back but wouldn't pay the $34.00 over-draft fee. I told him I would be contacting the BBB in which he began to get loud with me. I will have my bank settle the fees for them because their error was the cause of the over-draft fee. Complete Scam.
