I was also scammed with a flipkey site that was compromised. I got lucky and the owner somehow found out just before we got the visa payment okayed. Never send any copies of your personal data, ie visas, drivers licenses etc over email as this is never required. Be very careful. We were lucky, we only lost a few dollars when the payment processer: MoneyBookers Inc, precharged our account to see if the amount would process. Once that amount was okayed by us, they were to debit our credit cards.
