Call on my cell phone giving a code stating that i won $1000.00 gift card and when i followed the exact procedure, nothing happened, and the allotted time ran out. I beleive this to be a scam for what reason i dont know but between target and the phone company someone needs to pay for this promise of a gift card or correct this from happening in the future.
