I ordered a Birthday gift for my boyfriend and never received the items purchased and they took $144.63 out of my account on 11/19. I thought maybe due to the holidays they were a little behind on their orders or maybe hurricane Sandy messed things up in the shipping. I was giving this company the benefit of the doubt, normally when you order something online it takes 10days at the most to received the product in this case HELL NO, I sent 5 emails already to them and no response I wish I would have looked at these comments before purchasing... Ugghhh THIS SUCKS!
