In our November bank statement with Valley Bank of Thompson Falls, Montana. We had a check conversion voucher for the amount of $29.95. This was from Alliance company. We called their tel.# 877 886 0144. We were told this was an error and they would credit our account within 30 days. We received absolutely no other information as to who was responsible for this, who received payment or what the charge was for. We went online to check for more information about this and learned that there have been 161 complaints filed with for this same amount. There has been $3,218, 405. Resolved rteported damages.
