I placed my order October 31 payment was taken out of my Visa account November 1. I ordered this from recomendations from Dr. Phil (whom I have lost total faith in). They said delivery would be made in 3 - 5 days. I think I have given them more than enough time. I would either like the product delivered or a full refund, either one asap.
