Test drove a new Toyota Sienna Van. While working the deal with the salesman they had the same van that had been on the lot 6 months longer so I could get a better price. I was game. And negotiated a price not knowing this van had been in a accident and they did not disclose this to me. I paid for extended warranties and extra services to be performed on the van. 2 weeks later I brought the van in for all the extended warranty services to find out this van had been in an accident. The dealership said that it was not them. It sure wasnt me. So now the van I have purchased is technically USED and Wrecked and i paid full new retail. The dealership did fix the van but have yet to do the other services I paid for. I have even had the van back 5 times for services, and they have yet to finish all that was paid for at time of purchase. This dealership is criminal and has very poor practices
