Egional manager refuses to make a decision on terminal agent orange claim. Threatened reduction on disability. Tried to close claim disreguarding their own va doctor reports stating condition is terminal. Over 20 months in system for decision. Continously asking for more examinations by private group qtc with 6 doctor reports including their own doctors validating claim.
