Company sent email showing transaction through pay pal for 199.78 this was never authorized, don't even know who the h

I feel that I have been violated on the internet by a company called PINZOO. I received an email (fake?) that stated my pay pal account had been charged 199.00. I am a poor person and do NOT even have that much in my account to start with. Forwarded the email to pay pal because their Official site is not showing anything, I hope it doesn't ever show up.
