I made a call from Cancun, Mexico to St. Louis, MO. To make a call I use pay phone in airport with info: international call $5.00 min. To make a call I use my PayPal card. I had a conversation with my son about 45 sec. Today I open my PayPal account and saw, BBG, LUXEMBOURG, charged me $17.95. I will definitely despute these charges
