Charged my credit card 2 months without my permission Internet

I called this place when I first saw this charge and they said it would be 5 to 7 days they would take it of then I get my bill the next month and the charge was on still so I called again and a Michael id#63319 tried to tell me that I called to late to have it taken off the 1st month. They cant take charges off once it is on there.
