Just received a text saying "Congrats! Out of 96,792 entries, you placed Third! Winning Code - quot; than WinningCodes.net. I have no idea how they got my number as I have to pay for all text so I wouldn't give it out. How do I know if this is legit (I doubt it is). Than I researched and find other people who have questioned this.
