I purchased an aerolite 30" suitcase this year, it came with a 3 year warranty!
I used the case once and the handle broke!
It is a fault of the manufacturer as the metal plate that holds the handle secure was not damaged in anyway, if it was securely in place the handle could never have broke!
The company I bought it from has closed down and Aerolite have no contact numbers, head office, support!
Shocking situation! Warranty is useless!
