Winn dixie has been singing the praises of a scam progran called fuel perks. One is supposed to get money off fuel purchases at designed service station. My cash register slip says I, m getting. 45 cent off per gallon. So I go to the designed service station and they tell me my Winn Dixie card that they sent me a couple of months ago doesn't have a magnetic strip. So I go back to Winn Dixie and get a new card with magnetic strip and head back to service station. Gas pump say I have no fuel perks. So recommend the crook who created this scam program be fired. Thought I was getting discount on full tank of gas and got nothing but a lot of harrassment.By the way I'v been a Winn Dixie customer in Jacksonville for past 27 years
