On August 6 I paid $500 to Judithshakesdesigns.com (Owner Courtney Hebert) to have a website designed including a Facebook Fan Page. I have my PayPal receipt and her email to me thanking me for the payment and promising me to do the work. After not hearing from them I contacted Courtney Hebert in May by email and told her that I would want to have the $500 returned I had paid her since I never heard from her. She wrote that there was a mixup with her gmail and that she would look after it. She did not. I have not heard anything from her since.
