Whom ever works at Kenilworth Equ.By the name of Howard and Esther need to be ashamed of themselves for not being able to articulate/communicate to tenants about expalining their bill questions.in fact hanging up will not get them anywhere or using condescending language only goes to show that they are weak angry bitter people who need to get a life and learn how to communicate.
Perhaps taking a communication course would help... Shame on YOU and the so called education you came from.
