Disregarding Do Not Call list

They will not stop calling. I asked an operator today to remove my number, she hung up. I told someone I was on the do not call list, she hung up. I told one I reported them to the FCC, she said thank you but I keep getting calls every week.
They are an obvious scam as one can see from the other complaints on this website.
